Fultz was in the front passenger seat of the Nissan, Brandon Jackson was in the driver’s seat, and Cheyenne Ross was in the back seat. Officer Brett Haskett and Officer Jordan Tudor arrived to assist Officer Hutchison. Jackson consented to a search of the vehicle and Officers Haskett and Tudor searched the vehicle.
