An Act To Amend Section 41-3-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Department Of Health And The Department Of Corrections' Comprehensive Healthcare Services Provider To Establish A Hepatitis C Program And A Hiv Treatment Program For State Inmates; To Provide That The Department Of Health And The Department Of Corrections Shall Develop A Plan For Improving The Health Of Female Inmates; And For Related Purposes.
