On February 3, 2022, Fox and J.N. went to D.E.’s apartment, and Fox left at some point. On February 4, 2022, D.E. heard a knock at her door and opened it. Fox entered her home and walked into the kitchen. He stood on one side of the kitchen table while she stood on the other side. D.E. “felt a weird feeling” all over her and ran for the front door. Id. at 40.
