On November 29, 2019, Lamar, A.J., and A.J.’s coworker, Latashia Sims left A.J.’s home in Lamar’s truck and went to several places including a liquor store. They eventually arrived at the home of Lamar’s friend, Swoop, where others were present. At some point, Lamar began “looking at [A.J.] weird.” Transcript Volume II at 183.
