An Act To Amend Section 97-5-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If A Parent, Legal Guardian Or Other Person Responsible For The Child Deprives A Child Of Necessary Supervision Appropriate To The Child's Age Resulting In Substantial Harm To The Child's Physical, Mental, Or Emotional Health, The Person May Be Sentenced To Imprisonment; To Provide Criminal Penalties; And For Related Purposes.
