An Act To Prescribe The Requirements For Any Apprenticeship Program Approved By The State Board Of Cosmetology And Barbering For Training In The Field Of Cosmetology, Barbering, Nail Technology Or Esthetics; To Amend Sections 73-7-13, 73-7-13.1, 73-7-18 And 73-7-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Provisions Of This Act; To Bring Forward Section 73-7-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Relates To Instructors Licenses, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
