He was evaluated at Community Employer Health Solutions, treated with medication, splinting, occupational therapy, and work restrictions, and referred to an orthopedic specialist. Pessouore continued working for Frito Lay after the injury, and Frito Lay eventually provided modified work for him. Frito Lay terminated Pessouore’s employment on October 30, 2018.
