While seated at the bar, Bailey grabbed Lauren between her thighs, Nelson responded by grabbing him by his shirtfront and pushing him off his bar stool, and Bailey fell to the ground. On December 26, 2021, Bailey filed a complaint claiming that Nelson “perpetrated an assault” against him.
