On March 12, 2021, the Department of Child Services (“DCS”) filed a petition alleging the Children and Ju.B., Mother’s other child, were children in need of services (“CHINS”). DCS alleged that Ju.B. was born in February 2021 with methamphetamine and amphetamine in his body and Mother tested positive for those substances as well.
