On May 29, 2018, Watson and the State entered into a plea agreement pursuant to which Watson would plead guilty as charged. The agreement provided the State would recommend a “cap of three (3) years on the executed portion, limited to Community Corrections.” Appellant’s Appendix Volume II at 106.
