On April 11, 2019, Lewandowski and the State filed a plea agreement which provided that “[s]hould [Lewandowski] enter a plea of guilty” to Count I, burglary as a level 4 felony as a lesser included offense of Count I, then the State would move to dismiss Counts II and III.
