Ro Ma appeared upset and “almost fearful.” Transcript Volume IV at 86. Ro Ma said that San had hit her, and Officer Stelzer observed the left side of her face was red and had some swelling and a cut. Ro Ma also called her mother who went to her location and observed that there was “a big bulge” on the side of her face. Transcript Volume III at 41.
