When he arrived, he observed a “hole that was cut in the fence where the . . . chain drive for that gate is,” there was a “pry mark [] where the door was damaged when it was entered,” and there was “yellow paint transfer that [did not] belong on that door.” Transcript Volume V at 155. He noticed “empty hooks” on the wall where the business usually displayed its equipment. Id. at 155-156.
