The order stated Kerwood “was arrested and/or charged on or about July 11, 2014 . . . for the offense of Impersonating a Law Enforcement Officer, a Level 6 felony in multiple counts and Theft, a class A misdemeanor,” the theft charge was dismissed, and the impersonation charges resulted in a jury verdict of not guilty in October 2015.
