State of Indiana ── Case No.: 23A-CR-03085 Court: Indiana Court of Appeals Date: June 24, 2024 Author: Judge Elaine Brown County of Origin: Howard Category: Criminal Decision: Affirmed, Reversed and Remanded Judge May and Judge Pyle concur On January 12, 2010, the State charged Reed with Count I, dealing in cocaine as a class A felony; Count II, false informing as a class B misdemeanor; and Count III, visiting a common nuisance as a class B misdemeanor. A jury found Reed guilty as charged. On April 28, 2010, the court sentenced Reed to concurrent sentences of thirty years with ten years suspended for Count I, 180 days for Count II, and 180 days for Count III.
