(“Mother,” and together with Father, “Parents”) are the parents of Ak.D., who was born in April 2008, and J.W., who was born in January 2010. 1 On September 17, 2018, Father was incarcerated in the federal prison system after pleading guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm and attempting to distribute methamphetamine. In February 2019, the Department of Child Services (“DCS”) filed a petition alleging Ak.D and J.W.
