In May 2017, Mother filed a petition for dissolution of her marriage to Jason
Lucas (“Father”). Mother and Father have two children, O.L., born in 2007,
and A.L., born in 2013. In August 2017, the trial court issued a decree of
dissolution of marriage which incorporated the parties’ settlement agreement.
The settlement agreement provided: “It is in the best interest of the minor
children that Mother shall have their care and custody.
