Judge Tavitas dissents On October 11, 2010, the trial court entered judgment of conviction against Baker for child solicitation as a class D felony, sentenced him to one year suspended to probation, and ordered him to register as a sex offender. Baker moved to Tennessee in 2017 and registered as a sex offender in that state. Baker moved back to Indiana in 2018 for a short time and then moved to Kentucky and registered as a sex offender in that state. At some point, Baker relocated back to Indiana.
