In August 2023, the State charged Louden with attempted burglary as a level 4
felony under cause number 03-D01-2308-F4-4564 (“Cause No. 4564”). Louden
pled guilty as charged pursuant to a plea agreement which provided that he
would receive an executed sentence of six years as a direct commitment to
Barthlomew County Community Corrections.
