On July 12, 2022, Child filed an Anonymous Complaint for Damages against Defendants alleging that Physician used his own sperm to inseminate Child’s mother without consent. The complaint alleged counts of: negligence; negligent infliction of emotional distress; negligent hiring, retention, and training as to Healthcare Group; and breach of contract.
