In June 1999, the trial court issued an order accepting Wilson’s guilty plea. In August 1999, the court sentenced Wilson to ten years with three years suspended. On August 26, 2024, Wilson filed “Defendant’s Verified Petition for Removal of Sexually Violent Predator Designation.” Appellant’s Appendix Volume II at 159.
