See Howard v. State, No. 20A05-1609-CR-2064, 2017 WL 2687735, at *1-2 (Ind. Ct. App. June 22, 2017). On January 30, 2015, the State charged Howard with two counts of class A felony dealing in cocaine in, on, or within 1000 feet of a family housing complex. Id. at *2. The State also alleged Howard to be an habitual offender.
