(“American Family,” and together with Head, “Defendants”). The complaint was based upon an automobile accident that occurred on July 22, 2018. The Hickses alleged that Pamela Dickerson negligently drove a vehicle belonging to Head and insured by American Family, causing the accident, bodily injury, property damage, and emotional distress.
