Rumbley and the State entered into a plea agreement pursuant to which Rumbley agreed to plead guilty as charged and the State agreed to a sentence of 545 days suspended to probation. Rumbley also agreed to “check into Lighthouse Recovery within 14 days of release from incarceration & fully comply with & complete the program as a term of probation.” Appellant’s Appendix Volume II at 48.
