When he arrived at the scene, Deputy Robinson observed “a multivehicle accident” involving a red Dodge Ram, a white semitruck, and a dark colored truck, and determined that one female was deceased. Transcript Volume II at 6. Deputy Robinson observed that a male, later identified as Poland, was trapped inside the dark colored truck, which was “completely demolished,” id.
