She rode back to work with one of her co-workers, A.M. A.M. stopped the vehicle on a drive near concrete steps, and Krutzsch exited the passenger side of the vehicle. Krutzsch fell, striking her head and sustaining serious injuries. In December 2022, Krutzsch filed an application for adjustment of claim.
