On July 12, 2023, Plaintiffs filed a complaint against First Merchants alleging
that MPJ, Indiana Flooring, and Michael held a line of credit (the “LOC”) with
First Merchants in the principal amount of $250,000. It alleged that Indiana
Flooring employed Nate Wills and “promoted him in 2018 as Director of
Administration/Human resources for his accounting background and
experience.” Appellants’ Appendix Volume II at 15.
