In September 2024, Ehr lived in a camper parked on his parents’ property. The
camper “was right behind [his parents’] house, right in front of [their] privacy
fence.” Transcript Volume II at 180. In the days leading up to September 7,
2024, Ehr began “tearing up the camper little by little,” “burning the cabinets
and everything out of it,” “tearing the wiring” from the camper, and removing a
