In his first appeal, he challenged several aspects of the trial court’s property division. We affirmed in part and reversed in part and remanded for further proceedings. Maxwell v. Maxwell, No. 30A01-1712-DR-2768, 2018 WL 4003126 (Ind. Ct. App. Aug. 10, 2018). After the trial court issued its order on remand, Husband brought his second appeal.
