He appealed, and this Court affirmed his convictions. See Jones v. State, No. 18A-CR-406, 2018 WL 6332474 (Ind. Ct. App. Dec. 5, 2018). On January 28, 2020, Jones filed a pro se petition for post-conviction relief. He waived representation by the Indiana Public Defender.
