He was at his sister’s house on West Washington Street in Indianapolis when a man, who had “a tattoo that looks like a set of red lips” on his neck, rode up on a bicycle holding a Goodwill bag and bottle of water. Tr. Vol. II p. 152. The man said he was interested in buying the truck and asked J.C. if he could test drive it. J.C. said yes so long as he rode along.
