Force Utilities to Disclose How They Vote at Regional Grid Meetings

Indiana utilities participate in regional grid organizations (RTOs) that make decisions affecting electricity markets and prices. Those votes happen behind closed doors. This bill would require utilities to file annual reports with the IURC listing every vote they cast and every position they took. You'd finally know whether your utility company is advocating for lower prices or higher profits at the regional level.
