When Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Officer Alyssa Hunter approached the car, she smelled marijuana and saw that there were six people inside. She called for backup, and additional officers arrived on the scene. Officer David Woloszyn searched Danaher and found a 40 caliber Glock 23 in his pocket. Danaher did not have a license to carry the gun.
