See Cause Nos. 82D05-1402-JP-69, 82D05-2003-JP-382.1 Mother and the children lived at Grandparents’ home from the children’s birth until June 2018, when Mother moved out to live with her boyfriend. From June 2018 to December 2019, Mother did not have consistent parenting time with the children. Around this time, she also had substance-abuse issues.
