Let Customers Choose Their Electricity Provider

Breaks up Indiana's electric monopoly system. Starting in 2028 for businesses and 2029 for households, you could choose who generates your electricity — not just your local monopoly utility. Your utility would still deliver the power through its wires, but you'd pick from competing generators. The idea: competition drives prices down. States like Texas and Ohio already do this.
