Corporal Warren noticed several beer cans, both empty and full, in and around Howard’s truck. After the fire department extricated Howard from his truck, he was taken to an ambulance. Howard was “angry, upset, yelling, screaming. Yelling curse words at everybody that was around him.” Tr. p. 100.
