State, 105 N.E.3d 201 (Ind. Ct. App. 2018), trans. denied. In 2014, Seal began working as a pre-kindergarten teacher at Daystar Childcare. In May 2016, one of Seal’s students, four-year-old S.P., disclosed to her mother that Seal “touched her vagina with his finger under her clothes.” Id. at 203.
