In August 2024, Mother, Father, and the children moved from Louisiana to Indianapolis. On August 27, Mother and Father were fighting in the living room of their home while the children were upstairs in the playroom. Mother called 911 on her cell phone, but Father grabbed the phone and smashed it on the ground.
