On August 30, 2022, Yahoo! Inc. submitted a complaint to the National Center
for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) concerning Wilkie-Carr’s use of
his Yahoo email account to view and download approximately 42 images of
child pornography. On September 2, 2022, NCMEC sent this complaint to
local law enforcement.
