Gilbert lived in a house (the “House”) at 7526 North State Road 39 (the “Property”), a 150-acre tree farm owned by his parents south of Rossville in 1 Gilbert also challenged on appeal the chain of custody regarding certain evidence, framing such in terms of a sufficiency of evidence (as opposed to an admission of evidence) argument.
