Their first child, a son (“Brother”), was born on June 28, 2020. Their second child, the Child, was born on May 10, 2022. On August 25, 2020, the Indiana Department of Child Services (“DCS”) filed a petition alleging Brother was a CHINS because of violence and drug use in the Parents’ home. On November 23, 2020, a trial court adjudicated Brother as a CHINS.
