In May 2022, Weber agreed to plead guilty to escape as a Level 5 felony and
resisting law enforcement as a Level 6 felony. Pursuant to the plea agreement
Weber signed, his sentence was left to the trial court’s discretion; he also signed
an acknowledgment of rights. On October 12, 2022, the trial court held a joint
submission of plea and sentencing hearing.
