the parties’ oldest child was diagnosed with autism, and their middle child was
diagnosed with ADHD. On September 8, 2020, the parties entered into a
Mediated Marital Settlement Agreement (the “Agreement”), which the
dissolution court approved and incorporated into the divorce decree.
