On November 1, 2017, Johnson entered a five-year lease agreement with
Crasian for a commercial property located in Brookston, Indiana. The property
was an unfinished space that Crasian planned to convert into a microbrewery
and tasting room. The lease agreement established that Crasian would take the
property “as-is” and that Crasian agreed to not alter the property without
Johnson’s prior written approval.
