State of Indiana ── Case No.: 24A-CR-01117 Court: Indiana Court of Appeals Date: February 17, 2025 Author: Judge Paul Felix County of Origin: Marion Category: Criminal Decision: Affirmed Judge Pyle and Judge Weissmann concur Hammond and A.T. were “friends with benefits,” Tr. Vol. IV at 6, until A.T. ended the relationship in October 2021. Shortly thereafter, on October 27, Hammond asked A.T. to come to his house so she could pick up some of her clothes. A.T. agreed to go to Hammond’s house if they were just going to talk and if he promised “not to try anything.” Ex. Vol. I at 12. Once A.T. parked in front of Hammond’s house, he got into her car and “angrily” told her to park in his driveway. Tr. Vol. III at 193.
