After EMTs arrived, Katrine heard yelling outside in front of her house. There, she discovered her sister, Jackie Ledbetter, having a “heated discussion” with Walton. Tr. Vol. II at 28. Walton had been recording the EMTs and Ledbetter’s family members who were in the front yard. Walton considers himself a journalist and livestreams “hours and hours of footage of Henry County government activity” on Facebook. Id.
