On May 13, 2021, Abby Day visited her grandmother Brenda at Brenda’s house. After the visit, as Abby was walking out to her car, Allen confronted her about partially blocking the shared driveway. Brenda observed the heated confrontation and called Johnny, her son and Abby’s father, to tell him about it.
