In April, Carson was incarcerated in Henry County, Indiana, on a different criminal matter and had an earliest possible release date of December 1, 2023. On June 16, 2022, the State charged Carson with six counts of child molesting in this cause. [4] In late 2023, Carson filed multiple pro se motions in this cause.
