Divoryan’s two younger half-brothers also lived at Baker’s house. On the morning of February 20, Baker went to work, and Divoryan’s half-brothers went to school. As of 11:52 a.m., Hairston and Divoryan were alone in Baker’s house. Just 12 minutes later at 12:04 p.m., Hairston called his mother, asking her to pick him up at 12:30 p.m.
