Prior to executing the Agreement and marrying Wife, Husband had purchased the real estate commonly known as 6914 W Mill Road, Evansville, Indiana (the “Marital Residence”), and it was listed as his individual property in the Agreement. In March 2019, Husband quitclaimed the Marital Residence to himself and Wife “as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship and not as teannts [sic] in common.” Ex. Vol. IV at 12.
